Meet Kate
Founder, The Color Therapist
Most women know something is off with their wardrobe. They just don't know it's their colors.
For most of my adult life, I dressed in black, white, and grey. Not because I loved them. Because they felt safe. I had a closet full of beautiful clothes and still faced it every morning feeling like something was missing.
I know I'm not alone in that. The women who come to me are stylish, intelligent, put-together in every other area of their lives, and quietly frustrated that getting dressed still feels harder than it should.
When I finally had my colors done, something clicked.
It wasn't just that I looked better. It was that I finally liked what I saw. I walked out of that session knowing I wanted to do this for other women. I pursued my certification in color analysis shortly after.
The palette is just the beginning. What comes after is where everything changes.
When your colors are right, people notice you before they notice what you're wearing. Your features look brighter, your eyes have more clarity, and getting dressed gets easier. Not effortless — but easier. You'll know what works, you'll understand why, and you'll make choices with a confidence you didn't have before.
I bring more to each session than an eye for color.
A BA in Psychology from Penn and an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics from NYU trained me to think carefully about people: what they need, how they see themselves, and what actually creates lasting change. My certifications as an Intuitive Eating Counselor and Be Body Positive Facilitator mean our work together is never about rigid rules. It's about using color as a tool to simplify your life and come home to yourself.
When I'm not in the studio, I'm with my family, moving my body, and finding inspiration in interiors and style. I only wish I had found this clarity sooner. If you've been waiting for the right moment, this is it.
